Rules of procedure
The establishment of internal regulations is mandatory in companies and establishments of at least 50 employees. It comes into force after a minimum period of one month following the completion of these last formalities.
The application of this document remains possible in companies or establishments not reaching this threshold, it is then optional.
The internal regulations must take the form of a written document and must be drawn up in French. His content should relate only to health, safety or sanction obligations.
The new ceiling introduced by the PACTE law must be applied from the year 2020.
